Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding plants and other products (ex. fertilizer) and answering questions Troubleshoot plant/pest issues over the phone and in person (plant ID, disease ID, plant care advice) Offer product information Proactively seek to drive sales through a "customer centric approach" Stock, water, and maintain plants and displays Receive, stock, and organize inventory Maintain clean and safe walkways, displays, and work areas Operate point-of-sale system for sales transactions Support seasonal nursery projects and special events as needed Follow all safety and operational procedures Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Passionate about gardening and excited to expand plant knowledge Works well in a team and is a clear communicator Proactive and a self-starter Growth-oriented Great with people Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, or landscaping preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Background check

Physical Requirements:

Able and willing to work outside everyday, rain or shine (and hot and cold) Able and willing to lift up to 40lbs Able and willing to stand, bend, twist, and squat repetitively throughout the shift
