Pet Pals is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse/ Retail Associate. We are a family owned and operated business serving the Monterey Bay area for over 30 years. Our work environment is team-oriented, friendly and professional. We're seeking a friendly, responsible, energetic, self-motivated, retail customer service associate. We are a retail warehouse dedicated to providing excellent customer service and great pricing! Job duties include stocking, customer service, cashiering and general cleaning. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Physical labor includes:

lifting bags of pet food and cat litter, climbing ladders, and merchandising small goods. We spend most of the workday on our feet. This full-time position is on an alternative work schedule, 10 hour days, 4 days a week. Beginning pay is $20/hr. Work Schedule (fixed): Alternative work week. 40 hrs/week.
