New advisors typically start in the $9-10K range. Our top performers clear $15K+ — the difference is CSI, hours per RO, and effective labor rate, not seniority. We'll walk you through the full pay plan in the first interview; no surprises after you're hired. The schedule. Five days a week with rotating Saturdays — you are not here every Saturday. Closed Sundays. The volume. 15-18 appointments a day plus walk-in traffic. If you're on a performance pay plan, that's the point: the traffic is here and there's real money on this drive.
