You will work along a small team, as well as the business owner, to assist in any clerical duties. Prior knowledge in eSales, Quickbook, and other related skills are highly preferred . Training will be provided.

Duties involve:

eSales and eCommerce Answering calls and emails Greeting customers and guiding them through the showroom Receiving orders and producing invoices Representing our flooring, kitchen cabinet, and air conditioning products with professionalism.

Skills Required:

Typing and computer efficiency Quickbook Proficient Microsoft Proficient Warehouse or logiest work experience preferred eSales and eCommerce proficient Confident phone skills and good customer service Bilingual in English and Chinese are must, Spanish is a plus Professional work style, integrity and honesty Can effectively communicate to all levels (boss, coworkers, customers) Goal and team-oriented mindset open to criticism and feedback Minimum Level of education: College or junior college High School Diploma or GED equivalent
