Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers discover the perfect products and services to meet their needs. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with retail sales, and support daily store operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales growth while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every visitor. Whether engaging with customers on the sales floor or handling cash transactions, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with retail sales, including processing transactions accurately using cash registers and retail software Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, cash management, and balancing registers at shift end Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary Maintain accurate data entry for sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using 10-key typing and other data management tools Conduct basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy Support store operations by managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in retail store environments or banking/financial services sectors Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer balancing techniques Experience with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for processing cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing retail math tasks Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10-key typing skills Prior experience in loan collections or retail lending is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences while developing your career in a fast-paced retail environment!
