We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Sales Representative to help our customers bring their home improvement and design projects to life. In this role, you will assist both contractors and homeowners in selecting the perfect tile and stone products, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and help them understand our selection of tile, stone, and home improvement products. Actively promote the Shine Stone Tile brand, building strong, lasting relationships with customers and local contractors. Communicate and coordinate directly with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, inventory, and deliveries, playing a key role in our small business operations. Assist customers in calculating square footage and provide accurate pricing estimates for their projects. Process sales transactions (cash, credit, and debit) efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Answer questions regarding product availability, materials, and care instructions. Follow up with customers and contractors regarding order status and pick-up times. Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience (experience in flooring, tile, or home improvement is a huge plus!). Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Basic math skills for calculating project measurements and processing payments. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to assist our diverse clientele This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while providing outstanding service.
