This position will be posted through Monday, May 4th, 2026- This position greets our customers and accepts their donations in an efficient and courteous manner.
Pay:
$16.45 Hr. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We've partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC). The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers' timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer's vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides excellent customer service, greeting customers in a timely manner, answering product questions as needed.
- Assists every customer by unloading donations from vehicle or other areas.
- Ensure that donated items are handled with care and sorted into appropriate bins or production areas.
- Inspect all donations within assigned areas and make decisions on quality to sort appropriately for the sales floor or to be shipped to other locations.
- Ensures a safe, organized, and clean environment is maintained for both customers and fellow employees within the donations entrance and parking lot areas.
- Maintain remote donation centers, sheds, and/or trailer if applicable, following appropriate opening and closing procedures when working at a remote site.
- Ensure supplies are kept well stocked at remote site as necessary.
- Tracks and reports on donation levels daily to ensure trailers do not become over stocked when working in remote donation center locations.
- Timely communication when donation warehouse and/or trailer(s) are becoming full and a .
