Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their shopping journey Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure a tidy, attractive store presentation Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts and replenishment Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially within specialty retail stores or similar fast-paced environments Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with customers and team members Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Knowledge of phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find solutions.
