Essential Duties:

• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Greeting customers.
• Responding to questions.
• Assessing and anticipating customer needs and wants .
• Leverage your knowledge of the merchandise to provide thoughtful and relevant recommendations to the customers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

Maintain displays:

Stocking, facing, fronting, and cleaning Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

• Cross-selling and upselling products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Specifically 2pm to 10pm.
• Must be able to walk, bend and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
