WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role deeply contributes to the success of the store by providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that individuals leave with the products they need. For this reason, ideal candidates will possess a background in retail sales/customer service, as well as experience/expertise relating to climbing, backpacking, hiking, backcountry skiing, or camping.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Consistently exemplifies superior interpersonal skills to ensure positive staff and customer interactions, both in-store and over the phone. Provides customers with accurate and appropriate product and service information. Identifies, researches, and resolves customer needs. Proficiently navigates our POS system to accurately complete sales transactions, returns, and exchanges, warranty intake, etc. Proactively aids in maintaining a clean and well-merchandised sales floor through daily tasks such as: restocking, fluffing/tucking the apparel, dusting, and other opening and closing-related duties. Maintains curiosity and eagerness to learn about the latest technologies related to equipment and apparel

WHAT WE OFFER

Pay Range:

$16

• $19 per hour depending on experience.
