Retail Store Lead & Sales Associate - Full-Time/Part-Time Nature's Own is an established local science and nature shop. We are looking for an organized, reliable, and outgoing individual who loves working with people for a long-term role. If you enjoy interacting with tourist in an engaging way and have a love for rocks, fossils, and gems, we want to hear from you!

Compensation :

Starts at $22/hour + sales commissions + bi-annual end-of season bonuses.

Location :

Breckenridge, CO (On-site. Local candidates with secured housing preferred. No relocation assistance).

Schedule :

Consistent schedule with some flexibility. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Customer Engagement :

Greet guests warmly, share product knowledge, and engage with tourist to create a memorable shopping experience. (Extensive onsite product training, so don't stress if you don't know everything about rocks!)

Store Operations :

Handle cash, manage opening/closing duties, and maintain store security.

Inventory Management :

Create product orders, receive shipments, and stock the sales floor.

Shop Upkeep :

Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store organized and welcoming. What You Bring (Requirements): Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. We love a vibrant and engaging personality. High reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Ability to stand for 6+ hours per day and lift up to 25 lbs (kneeling, crouching, and reaching required).
