This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within the construction and renovation industry. You will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, showcasing our premium drywall products.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with contractors, builders, and retail clients to promote drywall products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on drywall installation, layout design, and finishing techniques. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-ups, and upselling high-end drywall and renovation materials. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline sales processes. Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within construction or renovation industries is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell premium products effectively. Knowledge of drywall installation, layout design (including SketchUp or CAD), lighting design, and remodeling processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Construction experience or background is a plus Willing to be trained with lead sales
