In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while actively engaging in sales, cash handling, and supporting the overall store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and managing the cash drawer with precision Assist with sales activities by promoting products, upselling when appropriate, and achieving sales goals Support store operations through data entry, inventory management, and maintaining organized displays Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and financial software entries to ensure accuracy Contribute to loan processing and collections activities by providing excellent customer service and supporting financial documentation Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to cash handling procedures and retail math standards Requirements Previous experience or familiarity with auto sales environments is preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and financial calculations Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software is a plus Knowledge of lending processes or loan collections is preferred but not required Must be reliable with a strong attention to detail in cash management and retail math tasks
