As a Budtender, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. If you have a Valid Colorado MED Employee Badge and also have experience in retail sales and are enthusiastic about cannabis, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions, provide product recommendations, and ensure a personalized experience.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, strains, and consumption methods. Educate customers about the benefits and effects of different cannabis products.

Sales:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Promote special deals and upsell products when appropriate.

Compliance:

Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales. Verify customer IDs and maintain a secure and compliant environment. Hand out required product information.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary.

Weekend Availability:

MED Badge Experience:
