We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
• Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep the dispensary clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Please note that this position is located in Grand Junction and requires the ability to work legally in accordance with state regulations.
