Job Description
Join the Landmark EPC Team! Landmark EPC is seeking a motivated Skilled Laborer to join our team on an upcoming Grand Junction sewer construction project . This position is ideal for someone with hands-on underground utility experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working outdoors as part of a professional construction crew. If you have experience installing sewer pipe and want to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of sanitary sewer pipe and related underground utilities Perform trench excavation support, pipe laying, bedding, backfilling, and compaction Work safely around heavy equipment and assist operators as needed Read grade stakes and follow direction from the foreman and superintendent Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies Perform other construction labor duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of construction labor experience , preferably in underground utilities Experience laying sewer pipe is required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team Must reside in or near the Grand Junction, Colorado area Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to and from the job site Compensation $22.00-$24.00 per hour , based on experience Opportunities for advancement with a growing underground utility contractor Why Landmark EPC?
