Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Customer Engagement and Deliver excellent customer experience.
Greet and Qualifying:
Welcome walk-in showroom visitors and ask targeted questions to evaluate their specific towing capacity, budget, and lifestyle needs.
Pipeline Management:
Proactively communicate by responding to phone calls, website inquiries, emails, and texts using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management utilizing (CRM) system.
Follow-Up:
Keep in consistent contact with prospective buyers, nurturing casual shoppers into active buyers and cultivating repeat business.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations Feature Walkthroughs:
Conduct thorough, engaging walkthroughs of new and used boats and RVs, showcasing floorplans, appliances, electronics, and unique manufacturer benefits. Product knowledge is mandatory.
Test Drives & On-Water Demos:
Accompany customers on vehicle test drives or on-the-water boat demonstrations to highlight performance and handling.
Event Participation:
Represent the dealership at major regional events like outdoor expositions, parking lot sales, and winter boat shows.
Sales Process & Financial Closing Deal Negotiation:
Guide the customer through pricing structures, trade-in valuations, and manufacturer promotions.
F&I Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with the internal Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to coordinate buyer financing, extended warranties, and protective coatings.
Compliance Documentation:
Ensure all state sales licensing, registration, and contract paperwork are filled out accurately and kept secure.
Inventory Maintenance & Delivery Pre-Delivery Inspection:
Inspect sold units thoroughly prior to customer pickup to guarantee everything is functional and clean.
Showroom Readiness:
Maintain a professional sales floor by ensuring proper signage is placed and keeping vehicles looking pristine throughout the day.
Personalized Handover:
Conduct final orientation walks at delivery to show the new owner how to hook up hitch systems, empty waste tanks, or launch their boat safely.
Pay:
$3,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
