Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products effectively to enhance visibility and encourage sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, promoting upselling opportunities. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure team success. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering calls or addressing customer inquiries over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures is essential.
