We are currently hiring specifically for weekday morning and mid-day shifts . Applicants must have consistent availability during these hours. Weekend-only and after-school-only availability will not meet the needs of this position. Please apply only if you are regularly available to work weekday mornings and/or mid-day shifts. As a Team Member, you will create those positive experiences while preparing fresh menu items, helping customers discover their favorites, and keeping the store looking its best. Experience is not required—we are happy to train enthusiastic, dependable people who are ready to learn! What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a smile, positive attitude, and friendly conversation Create memorable experiences that help turn first-time customers into regulars Prepare Everbowl bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to our recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards Help customers explore the menu, answer ingredient questions, and recommend bases, toppings, and add-ons Operate the register and accurately process cash, credit card, and digital transactions Share information about specials, rewards, new products, and community events Prepare ingredients, cut fruit, restock toppings, blend bases, and keep stations ready for customers Keep workstations, equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and storage areas clean and organized Follow all food-safety, sanitation, handwashing, and allergen procedures Restock cups, utensils, ingredients, merchandise, and other supplies Assist with opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities as scheduled Support your teammates and jump in wherever help is needed Bring positive energy and good vibes to every shift What We're Looking For Consistent weekday morning and/or mid-day availability An energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality A genuine desire to help people and provide excellent customer service Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow recipes, portioning standards, and food-safety procedures Basic math skills for accurately handling transactions Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine bending, reaching, lifting, cleaning, and food-preparation duties Ability to meet all applicable age and food-handler requirements If you are friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and available during the weekday hours listed above, we would love to meet you.
