What You'll Do:

Engage Customers:

Actively welcome shoppers, showcase our apparel, and use your communication skills to drive traffic to the booth.

Maximize Sales:

Help customers find sizes and styles in our footwear and accessory lines.

Earn Uncapped Bonuses:

Track your sales of our promotional items (priced $5-$20) and earn an extra $1.00 cash bonus for every single item sold.

Booth Merchandising:

Assist with setting up and organizing the clothing displays so the booth looks attractive.

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic Personality:

Outgoing, friendly, and highly motivated to approach customers and close sales.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English is required. Spanish speaking skills are a major plus but not required!

Experience:

Previous retail, customer service, or promo modeling experience is great, but a great attitude and natural communication skills matter most.

Availability:

Must be reliable and available to work outdoor weekend market shifts from Friday through Sunday.
