Responsibilities Conduct pawn transactions by appraising items, offering loans, and processing purchases with accuracy using POS (Point of Sale) systems Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding product demos to enhance their experience Manage retail sales transactions efficiently at the cash register, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring retail math accuracy Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while promoting store merchandise and promotions Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising techniques Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors to foster professional relationships Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations and adherence to policies Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash register operations, and cash drawer handling Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising strategies to effectively showcase merchandise Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that motivate team members and ensure operational efficiency Join us in delivering an energetic shopping environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
