Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist customers with product demos, upselling items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Conduct regular inventory checks and support stock replenishment efforts in the grocery or retail store environment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures in a retail or grocery store setting Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or training new staff Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members in bilingual settings preferred Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and product demos to boost sales and customer engagement Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail calculations confidently Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while growing your retail expertise.
