Outbound Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview No insurance or sales background? No problem. Sara Colangelo State Farm is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Monument, CO and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn. Responsibilities Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer's needs and goals Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals Participate in product training and licensing coursework Qualifications No prior sales experience required — we will train you Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance 4 day work week Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
