Outpost Harley-Davidson is under new ownership and gearing up for a big new chapter, and we're building a team of people who bring energy, personality, and great customer service to the dealership. We're looking for an Apparel & Licensing (A&L) Sales Associate to join our team and help create an awesome experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Our A&L Department is about a lot more than T-shirts. You'll work with longtime Harley riders, new motorcycle buyers, travelers visiting Southern Colorado, people shopping for gifts, and customers who simply love the Harley-Davidson brand. What You'll Be Doing Helping customers find Harley-Davidson clothing, riding gear, gifts, collectibles, accessories, and licensed merchandise Engaging customers on the sales floor and creating a friendly, welcoming shopping experience Helping motorcycle buyers find riding gear and apparel to go along with their new bike Learning our products so you can make great recommendations and help customers find the right fit Suggesting additional products and helping drive department sales Operating the cash register and completing customer transactions Receiving, pricing, stocking, and organizing merchandise Creating and maintaining attractive merchandise displays throughout the dealership Helping keep the department stocked, organized, clean, and ready for customers Assisting with inventory counts and merchandise management Supporting dealership events, promotions, rides, and special sales Working with the rest of the Outpost team to make every customer's visit a great one This isn't a job where you stand behind a register waiting for someone to hand you something to ring up. We want someone who engages customers, starts conversations, learns what they're looking for, and helps create an experience that makes people want to come back. Who Thrives in This Role Outgoing people who genuinely enjoy talking with customers Someone with a strong personality and great people skills People who enjoy clothing, retail, merchandising, or fashion Harley-Davidson and motorcycle enthusiasts Someone who takes pride in making a retail space look great Organized people who can balance selling, stocking, merchandising, and other responsibilities Team players who are willing to jump in wherever they're needed Motivated individuals who enjoy working toward sales goals Someone who can have fun while still getting the job done Retail or sales experience is helpful — but attitude, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more. Knowledge of motorcycles or Harley-Davidson products is a plus, but you don't have to be a motorcycle expert. We'll help you learn the products and the brand. Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, with some later evenings during events or when customers are in the dealership past closing time. What You Get Competitive pay (Pay is a combination of Hourly wage, plus commission on sales made.
