Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management when needed. Ensure excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Promote a positive shopping experience through friendly communication skills and attentive customer service. Assist with product demos and educational events to increase customer engagement and sales. Handle product knowledge confidently to answer questions about wine varieties, regions, and tasting profiles. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and cash drawer management with attention to detail. Knowledge of retail store merchandising standards and product placement techniques. Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
