Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in product selection by explaining features, benefits, and usage instructions Conduct product demonstrations to showcase vaping devices and accessories effectively Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and process cash handling with precision Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory counts Handle cash drawer operations responsibly, including cash register operations and balancing cash at shift end Provide clear phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support store merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that highlight featured products Ensure compliance with all safety standards and store policies during daily operations Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a customer-focused environment Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of retail store products related to vaping or electronics is advantageous but not required—training will be provided Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and merchandising displays This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail skills within an energetic environment.
