Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and cash management. Assist customers with retail store transactions such as returns, exchanges, and product inquiries while maintaining high levels of customer service. Support loan processing activities, including loan collections and documentation verification, ensuring compliance with company policies. Enter data precisely into financial software systems, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and manage retail math tasks efficiently. Maintain organized records of sales activities, cash handling logs, and transaction details to ensure accuracy and accountability. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is highly desirable. Strong basic math skills combined with proficiency in data entry and 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing. Ability to handle cash drawer operations confidently while managing cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with retail lending procedures, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities. Experience using financial software or point-of-sale systems to process transactions smoothly. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse customers and provide clear product explanations. Demonstrated ability to perform retail math calculations confidently and efficiently.
