In this paid position, you will represent our clients in retail environments, engage with customers, provide information about available products, services, and promotions, and assist customers throughout the sales process. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will work in our clients' retail locations and interact directly with prospective and existing customers. You will learn about our clients' products and services, communicate current promotions, answer customer questions, and support the sales process. This position is suitable for individuals who are interested in developing a career in sales. Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. The position is based in Hartford, Connecticut, with work taking place between the company office and client retail locations in the local area. Responsibilities Engage professionally with customers in client retail locations. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information. Assist customers through the sales process while following company and client guidelines. Maintain a professional and organized presence at assigned retail locations. Complete required training and participate in ongoing coaching. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales information as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and willing to learn. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual earnings: $55,000-$75,000, including base pay, bonuses, and performance-based incentives. Uncapped commission opportunity.
