Monza World Class Karting at Foxwoods Resort Casino is hiring Track Officials to help run fast-paced, high-energy racing sessions in a safe and professional manner. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys motorsports, guest interactions, and an active workday. You'll be responsible for supervising races, enforcing safety rules, assisting drivers, and ensuring every guest has a fun and safe experience on track.

Responsibilities:

Monitor kart races and enforce all safety procedures Control race sessions using flagging and timing systems Assist drivers with required safety gear and entering/exiting karts Respond quickly to on-track incidents Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe track environment

Qualifications:

Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-moving situations Strong communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods of time Must be punctual and reliable Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Schedule:

Opening, Closing, Weekend, and Holiday shifts Flexible Scheduling available
