IKEA New Haven is looking for a part time (12-20 hours a week) sales associate to join their team. This is a part time position and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability is required . The hourly pay range for this position is $17.58

What you'll be doing day to day Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes. Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience. Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers. Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products. Assembling display products for the introduction of new products

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent. 1 year's relevant work experience. Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector. Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
