SHIFT(see below ) Monday through Friday (6 am
  • 1 pm )
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE ENTIRE SHIFT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
    Weekends (7 am
  • 3 pm) Some specific job duties include:
  • Greeting and checking in members
  • Signing new members up and handling basic billing.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Helping clients become accustomed to the gym.
  • Explaining fitness programs offered to new clientele and assisting in keeping gym clean also being able to stand for long periods at a time.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must be 18 years and older.
  • has experience in customer service and retail/sales.
  • is customer focused, compassionate, respectful, friendly, polite, personable, and has a good work ethic.
  • is reliable, accountable, responsible and has the ability to multi-task.
  • has basic computer knowledge.
  • is comfortable interacting with regular members and new customers.
Summary As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily operations at our facility. Your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. With a focus on sales and basic math, you will handle transactions and support inventory stocking. Additionally, your premium skills in POS systems and phone etiquette will enhance the customer experience. Join our team to contribute to a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
