Position Overview :

As a team member at Swell, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience by preparing high-quality menu items and engaging with customers to ensure they have a fantastic visit. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and excited to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare Menu Items :

Create smoothies, acai bowls, and other items following Swell's recipes and presentation standards.

Customer Service :

Greet customers, take orders, and provide helpful, friendly service.

Maintain Cleanliness :

Keep workstations, prep areas, and dining spaces clean and organized, following health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration :

Work with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including restocking, organizing supplies, and prepping ingredients.

Cash Handling :

Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.

Product Knowledge :

Learn and share information about Swell's menu items, including ingredients and nutritional benefits, to provide an educational experience for customers. Assist with

Store Promotions :

Help with in-store events or promotions that support local artisans and foster community engagement. Adhere to

Health and Safety Regulations :

Follow food safety practices and comply with sanitation standards.

Qualifications :

Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right candidates! Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
