About the Role We are seeking a personable and motivated Part Time Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating a personalized shopping experience. You'll have the opportunity to learn the jewelry business, develop your product knowledge and sales skills, and build lasting relationships with clients in a warm, collaborative environment. Jewelry experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right person who is eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and excited to grow with the team. What You'll Do Create a warm, personalized shopping experience while building relationships and helping customers find the right jewelry for gifts, special occasions, and meaningful milestones Learn about jewelry, gemstones, terminology, and product details to confidently guide and assist customers Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, follow-up, texting, and email communication Utilize the point-of-sale system and other technology to support sales and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a professional, welcoming sales floor and exceptional customer experience Continue developing your jewelry knowledge and sales skills through training and hands-on experience What We're Looking For A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing, client service, retail, luxury retail, or related experience preferred Jewelry or luxury retail experience highly preferred, but not required for the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive, collaborative attitude Comfort using technology, including point-of-sale systems, texting, email, and digital clienteling tools A willingness and ability to learn detailed product information, jewelry terminology, gemstones, and industry concepts The confidence to engage with customers in an upscale retail environment A dependable, punctual, and professional approach to work An interest in long-term growth and development with the company Compensation & Benefits $20
