We are seeking a retail sales associate to support our day-to-day front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in retail storefront Handle emails, inbound phone calls and phone transfers Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule appointments and manage calendar Assist with quote/order entry tasks General office upkeep, ensure workspace is organized Qualifications Education) High school diploma or equivalent Experience) Minimum 2 years in a customer service / office / retail setting Customer service skills and experience.
