The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all customers by receiving and processing packages, operating office machines (copier, fax, etc.), and assisting other team members with various printing and packaging jobs. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, and a friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor. They must be a fast learner who makes a reasonable effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Maintain a clean and organized storefront Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques Takes action to learn all product and service offerings Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Follows tasks through to completion, and updates all parties as needed May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc. Packages shipments for safe arrival

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be available weekdays and weekends.
