Spartan Solutions is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our Waterbury, CT location. As an AT&T Sales Associate , you'll be the trusted expert customers turn to for guidance, product knowledge, and exceptional service. You'll help customers discover AT&T's latest smartphones, wireless plans, home internet options, and entertainment services—all while creating a personalized, positive, and memorable experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying up to date on the latest technology, and thriving in a supportive, goal-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. What You'll Do Greet customers and build genuine connections to understand their needs Recommend the best wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on customer lifestyle Provide product demonstrations and walk customers through features in a clear, simple way Process upgrades, activations, bill payments, and device purchases accurately Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets Stay up to date on AT&T product launches, promotions, and service offerings Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful , but not required Able to learn product information and explain it confidently to customers Coachable, motivated, and excited to grow Benefits & Perks Weekly base pay $800-$1,250 (paid every Friday) Paid training to set you up for success Flexible scheduling for full-time team members Employee discounts on AT&T products and services Performance-based bonuses and incentives Clear career advancement opportunities within Spartan Solutions Supportive, team-oriented work culture Why Join Spartan Solutions?
