About the Position Marv's Dogs is looking for friendly, professional, and dependable Cashier/Sales Associates to join our team. We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in creating a great guest experience. This is a hands-on hospitality position for someone who thrives on customer interaction and enjoys being involved in every aspect of the restaurant experience—not just taking orders. You'll welcome guests, prepare food and beverages, make soft-serve ice cream and milkshakes, deliver food to tables, maintain a clean and inviting space, and help ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and consistent service. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed to help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that makes Marv's Dogs a neighborhood favorite. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for every guest. Take orders accurately and process cash, credit card, and digital payments. Prepare soft-serve ice cream, milkshakes, floats, and other menu items. Ensure food quality, speed, presentation, and consistency. Deliver food to tables and check in with guests. Bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Maintain cleanliness and readiness throughout the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and restocking. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally. Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Work collaboratively with team members to keep service running smoothly during busy periods. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, retail sales, or other customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience handling transactions or working with a POS system is a plus. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Willingness to learn and contribute to all areas of restaurant operations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Schedule & Availability We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members.

Typical shifts include:

Morning shifts: approximately 10:30 AM

• 2:00 PM Afternoon/evening shifts: approximately 4:00 PM
• 9:00 PM Weekend availability is required. We are looking for team members who are flexible, reliable, and available during our busiest service periods. Compensation $19.00
