Ed Oliver Golf Club , located in Wilmington, DE , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro-Shop Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Continually monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintains a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures Assists with the rotation of shop displays Maintains an organized stockroom and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with stock and golf shop cleanliness Assists with pricing of merchandise Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional Provides service in any and every way, and goes the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to waist height Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Must be able to stand for extended periods Repetitive motion required, including computer entry Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner Normal vision and hearing required Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
