Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and clienteling. They must have strong product and brand knowledge. In additional to meeting personal and store sales goals, they will also participate in visual merchandising, stock processing and replenishment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build a clientele of repeat customers.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets.
• Participate in visual merchandising skills.
• Assist with stock processing and sales floor replenishment.
• Strong understanding of fashion and product knowledge.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle customer transactions.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
