Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Conduct upselling and suggestive selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting product demos, and assisting with inventory counts. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear and professional communication. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail or grocery store setting. Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner. Knowledge of retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management. Experience in upselling, merchandising, stocking, and general retail sales practices. Basic math skills for handling cash registers and calculating totals accurately.
