Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour. Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information. Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis. Reviews production reports and advises MOD in writing on any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold. Contacts all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems. Provides information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
