ABOUT THE ROLE

Sales Associate - Retail Store (Hourly + Commission) Join our retail skincare store as a Sales Associate. Great opportunity for people who enjoy talking to customers, learning sales skills, and growing their income. Pay $15/hour OR 30% commission (whichever is higher, paid monthly) Based on personal sales Strong performers earn $20-$40/hour equivalent

Shift:

8 hours What You'll Do Greet customers in the store Start friendly conversations Offer samples and demos Learn and use a sales script (training provided) Educate customers and close sales Training & Support Paid training Sales scripts and step-by-step coaching Ongoing support to help you earn more No experience required — we train the right people Who This Is For Comfortable talking to people Open to learning sales Motivated by performance-based pay Reliable and positive attitude Important This is an active sales role, not a cashier-only position.
