Daily Operations:

The daily operations expected of Nursery Sales Associate are assisting walk-in customers, answering inbound phone calls/emails regarding availability, calling on current/future customers and assisting with administrative tasks such as plant records and plant pricing. This position will also be responsible for assisting in tagging, taking pictures, and sourcing plant material. In addition to sales, this position will assist in supporting inventory management through cycle counting and labeling trees as needed.

Qualification/Education:

• Plant Knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, google tools
• Experience in customer service/inside sales
• Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred but not required.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in a fast pace and diverse environment
• Good health conditions as the job position requires lifting, standing, driving, walking, etc.

Pay:

$40,000.00
