Stock shelves efficiently, maintaining organized displays and ensuring products are available for customers. Manage retail store product knowledge to answer customer questions clearly and confidently. Support merchandising efforts by setting up attractive displays that highlight key products. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting over the phone, maintaining professionalism at all times. Skills Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations for smooth transactions. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
