Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Door Person to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience at our resort. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Check IDs as guests enter while providing information and direction. Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring it is free of obstructions. Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the club, assisting with questions as needed. Collaborate with staff to ensure safety of all guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner. Uphold the highest standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times. Deescalate high tension situations as needed and ensure all guests are following safety policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a greeter role preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the values of our establishment.
