Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect flower to enhance their space and projects. In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product knowledge, and support store operations to create a welcoming shopping environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them Provide expert advice on plant identification and floral arrangements Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is tidy and well-merchandised Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory counts Answer customer inquiries via phone communication and in person with clear, helpful information Assist with bouquet making Skills Experience with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and resolve issues effectively Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store displays Familiarity with floral design concepts and plant identification techniques Outdoor work experience that includes physical stamina for working in various weather conditions Knowledge of e-commerce platforms related to retail sales is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us to help customers create beautiful outdoor environments while developing your retail expertise in a lively and supportive setting!
