Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating automotive parts and accessories efficiently. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales transactions. Build strong wholesale customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service. Collaborate with the Service team to facilitate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts. Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools to track sales, receipts, and customer interactions. Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair and vehicle systems. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS), POS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability in retail math, stock management, order fulfillment, and cashiering responsibilities.
