Bowling Attendant Hooky Entertainment - West Delray Beach Hooky Entertainment is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Bowling Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for helping create a fun, clean, and welcoming experience throughout our bowling, arcade, and redemption areas.
Responsibilities Include:
Operating the bowling counter , including assigning lanes, assisting guests, and handling bowling-related questions. Helping guests with bowling shoes, lane issues, bumpers, and basic bowling equipment needs. Operating the Redemption Counter , assisting guests with ticket balances and prize selection. Monitoring the arcade/game area and helping guests when they have questions or problems with games. Keeping the bowling counter, redemption area, arcade, and surrounding guest areas clean and organized. Restocking prizes and supplies as needed. Reporting game, bowling lane, or card-reader problems to management or technicians. Providing friendly and professional guest service at all times. Helping maintain a safe environment and making sure guests are following facility rules. Assisting other areas of the entertainment center when needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests. Is dependable and arrives to work on time. Can stay organized while handling multiple guests and responsibilities. Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced entertainment environment. Is willing to clean, restock, and stay productive during slower periods. Can work as part of a team and follow direction from management. Is available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous bowling, arcade, entertainment, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
