Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Flexible schedule Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide information on products, services, pricing, and packing/shipping solutions Process Amazon returns, shipping, and packaging needs efficiently Cross-sell and upsell products and services based on customer needs Stay informed on promotions and explain special offers to customers Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Handle returns and resolve customer issues courteously Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve service and operations Remain current on new products, services, and procedures Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
