We are currently looking for Store Management to operate our brand new store, CORAL luxury coastal lifestyle, featuring resortwear, shoes, home and gift, gourmet and wine. Our anchor lines include BACK70, Farm Rio, Paige Denim, Spartina 447, Vilagallo, Trina Turk, & many many more. The Boutique Manager must represent the brand, have top notch leadership skills, be performance driven, be passionate about people & styling customers & making goals. Our managers lead by example and are on the floor 90% of the time. High standards in merchandising and visual presentation with an attention to detail in all company reports is essential. Boutique managers work directly for the owners and are included in learning how to buy & reorder product. Based on performance and availability, BMs are taken to regional markets. Learn all aspects of a luxury retail operation. This is a great opportunity for an extremely driven and motivated individual who wants to have their own business in the future.
